Privacy Policy
How Vodya collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Last updated: August 2026
Vodya ("Vodya," "we," "us," or "our") provides done-for-you CRM, automation, and AI receptionist services to appointment-based, client-facing small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit vodya.ca (the "Site"), book a call with us, message our AI receptionist Anna, or engage us as a client.
This Policy governs how Vodya, as a business, handles personal information about website visitors, prospective clients, and the people we deal with directly. It does not govern how Vodya handles a client's own customer, lead, or patient data when we are engaged to build or operate that client's CRM — that relationship, including any personal health information, is governed separately by the Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), Statement of Work ("SOW"), and, where applicable, the PHIPA Data Processing Addendum signed directly with that client. Section 14 explains how the two relate.
Where Vodya processes personal information on behalf of a client in connection with the Services, that client is responsible for determining the purposes and means of that processing, providing any required notices, and obtaining any required consents from their own customers, leads, or patients. Vodya processes such information only as instructed by the client and only as necessary to provide the Services.
